I purchased an Ativa from Office Website also that's quit after only 9 weeks! I oiled it each month and regularly washed document in the attributes of the mills where issues were likely to get captured but still it smashed! In reaction to those who have published remarks like "purchase the guarantee that is what its for" I disagree. The guidelines ought to be about the shop not to market such garbage that stops working.
