Blue Hippo ripped me off for $749.00. I was waiting on a computer from this company.internet

I am a unsatisfied victim of Blue Hippo.in December they started drafting my checking account. They were supposed to send me a computer, free printer and free digital. As of this date April 16 I have not received my computer or other items. I call them on yesterday to find out what was going on. They told me that they had mail out some papers to me (that I never received) to sign and mail back. I spoke with Lauran (customer Service) she informed me that they did not have my correct email address. I found that to be untrue. I ask her to cancel my order and refund my #750.00. She told me that I could not get a refund but they would send me a store credit in that amount. I am not satisfied with this. Blue Hippo is a rip off and they are stealing money from poor people. I advise anybody not to deal with Blue Hippo because they are dishonest, steal, they lie to the poor victims with suppose to bad credit. They false advertise and I want my money back. I don't want no online store credit. I tried several months ago to contact Blue Hippo to cancel my account but, they claim that they did not have anything on file. That's not true.
