Target
Fraudulent Return Policy

Electronics and household app.

I just recently purchased a 20.00 dollar PC game from Target. My computer could not read the CD. It kept telling me that there was no CD in the drive and that the computer would need to restart. Obviously the game had messed up my computer considering it was compatible. I decided to take the game back after having it for only two hours. Considering I had just exchanged a PC game that was given to my son as a gift 3 months ago I knew I could.

When I walked in the lady behind the counter was very helpful on letting me exchange it. As she was about to let me exchange it (I mean scanning and placing a different sticker on it, giving receipt back) this guy Matthew game up and said, NO NO NO, she cannot exchange for a different game she has to get the same one. I was like, what, You have to be kidding me? She is going to let me exchange this but you are not? He said, that it is not his problem and that he does not have to deal with it. That it is not his fault that my computer sucks and will not accept the game. I explained to him that the computer said no DVD in drive, it's a CD not a DVD. He was the rudest and most obscene employee that I have ever had to deal with! He said that I could either get the same game or just leave.

Has Targets policy changed that fast? I mean this is the most redicilous thing that I have ever heard of. I will not end here. I will contact everybody in my power until something like this is solved for everyone. This is the biggest fraudulent scam that I have ever seen from a company.

I will forever now shop at where they will exchange everything. I will BOYCOTT TARGET from now on. I will spend my thoundsands of dollars a month there. Thanks for nothing!
