Inlaws paid to have TV taken down & installed at new home. Unfortunately, paid in advance

My inlaws moved and paid the company to take down the plasma TV and re-install it in their new house. It was supposed to be mounted on the wall. He knew that the wires were to be placed in the wall... Down to the floor... And to the plug.

Unfortunately, they paid the entire cost prior to having the TV installed in the new house. When the serviceperson got there, he needed an extra pair of hands to hold the TV on the wall. He had to go on the street to hire a construction worker to help him. After it was up, he told my inlaws that it would be an extra $600 to have the wires hidden.

They have called the serviceperson and the owner (Ken Ramsey) many times. They have made appointments to come and never show up. It's been months now and the company doesn't even return her phone calls anymore.

I would stay away from this company entirely, but definitely, don't pay them in advance. You'll never see them again!
