Tries to collect repair fees on cameras that are still under warranty

Every time I sent the camera in for repair they sent me a bill for the repair even though it was under warranty. That means my camera was already finished and it was sitting in their shop waiting for me to send them money before they send it back to me. Everytime I had to call them and hold their hand and explain that it WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!

I am sure that 2 out of 10 people just pay the ransom for their under warranty cameras (which they count on). This company makes CASIO look very bad.
