Failure to refund portion promised on return of goods, stopped all communication with me

I bought this merchandise which I must confess is not something I am proud to mention in detail. It cost me roughly $700. It was advertised that it was dual use for males and females but the female function did not work properly. Also I realize that I did not like it as I had expected to and was ashamed of myself for ordering it. So after trying it briefly I returned it and was promised a refund of the purchase price less 25%.

It has been over two months now since I returned the device with a authorized RMA number but this Dyer, IN company refuses to answer my emails. I want to make potential customers aware before they deal with this company.

The product goes by the name of Robojac Companion.
