Chinavasion, or Chinavasion Wholesale Electronics Wont contact me about a return policy after 20 some emails

I bought walkie talkies off the company. When I recived then I tried to charge them however the charger did not even work. I tried to call all the numbers listed on there website but not one of the number work. Lol. So I have emailed them they send me a pic of the white plug that you get with the walkie talkie. So I have sent at least 10 other email and no answer. I told them I wanna return the product and get a full refund and when I said that I have not had any more emails sent to me since. They have a return policy too but I cant even get a response. I wont ever do any ordering from china agian. And the item was suppose to work 15 miles hell it dont work that far.
