Washer Not Cleaning and Dryer Dead for Seven Weeks

I have a GE Profile washer and dryer. The washer does not clean clothes, and the dryer has not worked at all for seven weeks. I placed calls and sent emails to Home Depot corporate offices and GE customer complaints, and there is still no service. I cannot get the equipment replaced, but it is still under warranty! Terrible service, beware all!
