Dan M Herring, Sonia Herring Took the money no box now I sent him to collections

I ordered a VS Pro on June 23rd 2008
I was not sent a tracking number after many emails and was never sent the item. I put through a claim with my bank on June 30th and was told by my bank it was a paypal matter.

I also filed a complaint with Paypal it was closed in my favor but guess what he has no money in his account and it is now closed big shocker. So this leaves me out 170 bucks.

I contacted a collection agency here in Illinois and learned I need a collection agency in N. Which I found Dave there told me if it was under 500 you only get a 50% recovery. I don't care it is principle at this point.

Anywho who got scammed will not get money back from paypal at this point. I suggest everyone get a collection agency and let them track his butt down and have fun with his credit.

If anyone has additional info on this guy it would be appreciated. I called 1 number I found it was a cell and they guy who answered acted all dumb about who Dan was. It most likely was him.

Good luck to all and hey at least half back is better than none. All you have to do is go to the site and file out a claim. Even if I get nothing at least I know I will haunt him and his wives credit report for 7 years.
