Will not remove me from credit agencies

Basically they will not remove me from there collections. I went to the emegency room signed in and walked out. After 4 years i was contacted buy this collections agency i told tham i was never seen at the hospital. They told me to contact the hospital. I contacted the hospital and told them if i was seen that they would have my current adress and my insurance info. The hospital bascilly looked at the sign in sheet and assumed i was seen there. They ask me for my insurance info so they could bill the insurance company, so i did. 2 years later it is still on my credit report. I called the collection angency again and they said they dont have the claim # for the insurance compay. So i called insurance company again and i was told that no claim was ever filed. So the collections agency never filed the claim and told me the claim was denied. The collections should have the claim # if they filed the claim. Iwas told by this collections agency that they dont have that infomation. If they filed the claim they should. They are very rude and will not listen to anything you say. Except... F*&k you pay me the money
