Charged me for an item they never delivered

They said i would recieve my order in 7 day. Never showed. I e-mailed them and it took weeks to get back to me. They finally said, your order had been sent to their warehouse to be processed. Still no items came. They billed me for 399.98. I final told them to cancel my order and they said order had been cancelled.

I still have not been credited my card and i ordered the items in May. This company is had to get a hold of. Do not buy from them. The aticles that you read that are positive ones for them must have been written by the company because in no way do they have any type of customer service what so ever. Warning do not buy from them you will be sorry.
