EcoQuest - Mr. Irwin
No credibility

We sold one unit and installed another EcoQuest Powerworx in our own home. Per Mr. Irwin's verbal assurance the EcoQuest Powerworx unit would lower electric consumption by a minimum of 8%. After installation our own electric consuption was UP, and the unit we paid to have installed in another home was up also. When the customer did not want the unit and their money back I called the company to return the unit. I was told to resell the Powerworx, it was the selling distributors responsibiblty! I asked why would I want to resell it when it did not work the first time? Then I contacted Mr. Irwin who told me two things.
1) The units are 100% unconditionally guaranteed
2) He would move the unit, as he was selling lot's of them.

We have been expecting his help from what he said for almost a month now. Guess what, he never has called.

After repeated requests from, April 9 - July 9, for a written warranty concerning the EcoQuest PowerWorx, I did get a copy of the warranty. After many attempts to comunicate with Mr. Irwin, he did answer one E mail and take my call to say he would get back with me. As of this moment he has not followed up. He said he attends church and has many of his informational meetings at a church in Edinboro. I would caution anyone who is considering the PowerWorx unit.

So many companies seem to have great products and then some of the people who rep those products are less than what you hope for. The lady that wanted her money back got it. We paid her back every cent she spent for the unit. But as of this moment we have not been able to get any help or relief.

Mr. Irwin called and stopped several times over the past 90 days until we had a question on the real numbers from the electric bill. When it came time for basic good business support our experiance was zero.
