Forever Lazy
Deceptive practice

After ordering online two Forever Lazy Fleece for the price of one, my order was immediately processed and I was charged for two, plus $30 for shipping and handling. I did not have a chance to "review my order and was charged $99.27. These items were advertised as $29.95, buy one, get one free.

I immediately tried to cancel the order, but was not able to. I called customer service within 10 minutes and was told the order was being processed and they could not cancel it. I had to wait for delivery and was told not to accept it. I was told it would delivered by Federal Express.

After waiting over two weeks, delivery was made by regular mail, parcel post and I was not home to receive it. I did not open the package. I then called Forever Lazy and they told me to mark the package "return to sender" and send it back to them.

I feel this company is very deceptive... First in its false advertisement and also with its ordering process which does not give the customer an option to review the order before processing.

I will notify my bank not to accept any charges from this company.
