Product does not delive

This product comes with no manual. Everything must be searched for in their FAQ, which is extremely limited. Then you can try going to a chat person for help, but it took me 2 1/2 hours the first day and 2 hours the second, before I quit. The chat persons don't have a good comprehension of the english language or their own product. And when I finally said I wanted to return it, they sent me my address for the return. Primarily: this product does not allow touch tone use of any phone, which everyone knows every company utilizes voice mail, telepromts, press one for english, or entering any other numbers, no way! Additionally it locks up your computer as others have stated. It is not worth the risk or the hardship. It is not a safe, practical, functional replacement for a land line. And customer service will always replace dollars. This company has no customer service. All of its commericals should list what it doesn't do, because they lead you to believe it does everything, but sadly does not. Time is precious in today's world, don't waste it here.
