I started paying and I didn't send in my paperwork till later, I actually sent off my shipping paperwork twice. I have been calling and emailing since the middle of April, each time I am told the same thing, That I should already have the computer and they will put a rush on the shipping, I call each week and I get the same information. That it should ship any day. I was even told that I should have it in my hands no later than June 9th, I called the next week and they told me I would have it on June 10th. I called on June 12th and they told me it would ship anyday. I called today, He tells me it should ship at the end of the month. The agreement was to make so many payments and they would ship the computer, some of that was my fault for not getting my paperwork in, but I sent the paperwork in Feb. (the first time) and in April (the second time) Each time I call, I ask to speak to someone else, over the customer service agent, they tell me there is no one else to talk to, I could write them and fax it to upper management, but there is no way I can speak to them. I now have one payment left to pay at the end of this month. I still have not recieved any satisfaction from this company, I have payed over $2000.00 for a product I have not received. Will I get the free printer and camera I am supposed to get when I get it payed. Will I receive the $300.00 rebate I am supposed to get when I get it payed? I am very frustrated and would just like the product that I probably have overpaid for anyway.
