Lying Greedy Unhelpful NON-Customer Service No Knowlege cheats

First they got to me to agree on the package by stating that all I needed to do was just pay my down payment and I would get a shipping date. I called for a shipping date in two weeks and was then told that I had to make three more payments and send all paper work in. I asked to listen to the recording because I asked for my down payment back because I already felt as though I had been deceived. I was told that I would receive a call back and never got one. I called and was told that the associate told me but I could not listen to the recording. (date acct was activated was 6/17/06)

Once they received the three payments and paper work that was sent to me I once again called for a shipping date and was then told that there was more "paper work". I didn't receive that paper work until 3 month later. I had to have them fax it to me at work and stay on the phone to be sure they received it. Then was told that it would take 3-4 wks for me to to get just a shipping date.

After months of calling I finally received just the computer on July 24 07 a whole year after my acct had been PAID OFF!!! (Pay off date is June 26.)

I had to call again to ask about the TV and the Printer and software that they promise. I was told that it would ship 6-10wks after receiving final payment which they had already received a 3 months ago!!!

I received the television but have YET to receive the printer and software to this day (03/10). They too sooo long shipping me my computer they had to upgrade the computer from a 06 to a 07. To this very day I have still yet to receive the printer and software that was promised and I call once and week and their exact constant words are that my issue as been EXCULATED to management and is still waiting for review from management (That was 4 months ago).

I've been hung up on because I wanted to speak with a supervisor and they constantly say they either don't have one or that the supervisor do not take complaints from customers on the phone. I've spoken with one before so this is something new or they are just scared. I've spoken with two before who's names are Ana and Paul but they still couldn't help me. False advertisment!!!
