Blue Hippo
Blue Hippo promised me a computer, software and a printer and I paid $2,178.00 and to this day has never received anything. When I call I continually get the run around. Ripoff

In June I responded to an add that was on TV advertising computer, software, tv's etc. I then contacted Blue Hippo who the ad was for and requested info and at that time was told I would receive a computer after I made payments. I set up direct withdrawal from my visa account after an initial $99.00 non refundable. My payments were $79.98 every two weeks. I called every month because I never received my computer. I was told the same thing every time I called. They wanted a paper back from me with voided checks, bank info, drivers license and bank statement. I was told that the paperwork went to the wrong address. After months of calling and trying to cancel my association with this fraudulent company (I say this only after getting the run around for six months and nothing materilized) Always I'm sorry or you should get it in the next week. Even after returning the info which I didn't want to they still didn't deliver my computer after I paid $2,178.00 for it. The account has a zero balance and to date I have never received anything but a headache. I get ill everytime I call and can't speak with a supervisor. I have called, faxed, emailed and sent hard copies to Blue Hippo and to this date no on has ever responded. Oh the only response that I received was that I would receive a computer which I never have sent. I was told I couldn't cancel, I was told I'd get money deducted if I did then told this wasn't the policy and a mistake. I am anxious to get the computer or my money back. Really - I'd prefer my money back but when you don't have anything - you at least want something. I am poor. I went back to school and thought I would be able to use it for school. Now I'm poorer with no computer or any response from Blue Hippo - I am appauled at how they can do someone like this. I have asked for help I am still nowhere with them.
