I purchased several items from HI FI Sound Connection.com due to the low prices. Normally I'll check for complaints but... Lesson learned. One item didn't ship so I began trying to contact HFSC.com. There is no such thing as getting them by phone, just forget that. Emails will be answered but they never once acknowledged my request for a refund. After about 15 emails I gave up. They simply kept lying about the item having already been shipped or will be shipped or whatever. Finally I contacted Visa and filed a complaint. Eventually I recieved a refund. Beware of doing business with these guys!!! You're better off paying a little more from a reputable company.
