Selling Online Auction items as new when they are refurbished with no warranty

I bought a-50" New Philips lcd Television from Samsclub.com on the market. I acquired it & upon switching it on, instantly observed it had been faulty. (there is a-2" broad edge across the whole remaining edge of the display that was straight, multicolored lines) I named Philips & offered them the Design # of it. They stated that because the design range finished in a "W", it intended the Television was restored & that there is no guarantee for this. It plainly says on samsclub.com market they just sell FRESH products within their unique presentation & additionally says that products possess a guarantee about the site, before you bet in it. Mike's Membership stated it must be delivered within thirty days to get a return. They'll not do the repair or substitute it for another. Watch out for their market, because they are promoting refurbished technology as New with no guarantee! I've submitted a using the FTC regarding this
