IF you buy from them don't expect to get a refund or exchange on bad items. They sell defective items on purpose and will not refund them. STAY AWAY FROM ESTARLAND.com!!!

I bought a swap magic disc from them and it was defective didn't even read or load up. I asked for exchange or refund. They gave me a return number so I sent it back after that I've never received anything from them. They ignore emails and you can never get a hold of them on their online support you can never tell when their online support is online. They don't even list their operating hours.
