I have sent numerous emails to this website as i wanted to exchange the purse i bought as it was to big. There website states that you can exchange items. But there is no ship to address listed on their website. I have gotten emails stating that i have to pay shipping and i said i would but they still have not provided a shipto address for the return. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this website and if you get the wrong merchandise or defective merchandise you are going to have trouble shipping it back to make the purchase right.
