Front load washer - front load washer

We purchased a new ge front washer this past april. My wife has to run the spin
cycle 2-3 times before clothes can go
to dryer. Ge service came, said they had
no fix for this. Called customer service and they basically said sad, but too bad. We wanted to replace this
with another ge washer, but a top loader, no way ge said. This stinks and so does the engineering on this product. I hear thousands of front load ge and others have a lot of problems that comsumers should not have to deal with. It would seem some law firm would
file a class action suit in relation to this.
