Another rip-off by New Egg Kingdom Of Lies

I bought a computer and Microsoft Office software from NewEgg. The computer didn't work and only after much wrangling did NewEgg take it back. I bought a replacement computer from Dell and when I openend the Office software package there was nothing in it - just a product key to activate the software which had been installed on the defective computer, now long gone.

NewEgg will not refund my money. I know, I know: you've not had any problems with NewEgg. But stop and think what will happen when you do - and you will.
