We purchased a large screen projection Mitsubishi television in Dec. Of 2006. Since we purchased this TV be have had numerous problems with the lamp going out. To date we have had 4 replaced with the last 3 being within the last 3 months. The lamps last approximately 3-4 weeks before going out again.

We purchased the extended warranty and but we just don't receive desirable service. We are sometimes made to wait 2 weeks for a service tech to come out and change out the bulb which takes approximately 5 minutes.

Talking with the service department manager and the store manager have gotten us NO WHERE. Conn's claims to have the best service department in the country. They advertise this in what you are listening to while on hold on the phone and in their other advertisements.

On top of the bad service we keep receiving, they keep telling us why don't we buy the lamp and replace it ourselves. We can't seem to make them understand that THIS is why we bought the extended warranty in the first place, because we don't want to do it ourselves.

We have purchased 3 high dollar products from Conn's over the past 4 years and one inexpensive item. We will NOT EVER purchase anything from Conn's again! Contrary to what they claim their service department is the absolute worst we have ever had to deal with.
