Buy new tv then get put in 'reconditioned tv program' Internet

I purchased a sony 32'hdtv after 3mos the picture was messed up, when I called the 800# the options were get it repaired or get into their " reconditioned tv program". They would not refund or give me a new tv. So I took a reconditioned tv which broke within 2wks!!! I again called the 800# and had to at this time wait for a repairman to come look at the tv. This has taken over 2wks. Now I am gojng to have to wait at least another 2wks for parts! The big point here is sony recieved a #1 rating from consumer reports. I believe no knows about this reconditioned tv program!!! So since Nov. 07 to today these tvs have been useless for 7 wks!!!

Sony needs to do something else (refund or reluctantly a new tv)!!! It only seems right I did try their reconditioned tv, now give me my money back or new tv! Maybe a class action suit possibly!!!
