Did a wrongfully repo and broke the the fdcpa fax a bill and a normal employee got it off the fax machine and they new they was not getting the check for ten more days he said that was ok and then should up this morning yelling swearing

Hello my name is Rick I am the president Here at Aos. Our company bought a all in one machine from Accel Imagaing Systems for $5000 We broke it up over 4 paymeants the first paymeant was not do for 30 days. I called Them and told them the check was going to be about ten days and that was call was made 2 days ago so my check would of been there with in the 30 days. Brett said that would be fine Today he showed up (Brett) Swearing saying he wanted his f machine almost went off on him but instead I kicked a cub and told him to get out and I will see him in court He did a wrongfull repo and also broke the fdcpa by faxing a demand letter to pay to my fax where a reg emp got it and almost quite over it. This company becare fully buying from them they say u have 30 day net but you really dont. And all they could say about breaking the fdcpa was I am sorry well thats not going to cutt it. They new what they was doing anfd think they are above the law and can do what they want and yes I am mad and I am not going to stop here breaking the FDCPA makes me really upset because I this company is a first party collection ageancy...
