After purchasing a Samsung model # RM255BARB refrigerator. A New model with 4 compartments -you have the option to have more freezer space or more refrigerator space. One refrigerature compartment keeps breaking, freezing up and ruining food and blowing up frozen sodas. It was out previously for one whole month and this was during Thanksgiving too.

It has been broken again this time for over 20 days. We have had a difficult time dealing with Samsung customer service representatives, trying to get it repaired, or returned, they never return phone calls when they say they will and etc., etc. I have a lot more detailed data saved. After having it a year - it has been broken for about 50 days. We want our money back to purchase a different brand. $2600.00—to be exact. I did not pay that much for a product that does not stand up for it's advertisements.

It is Still broken with no satisfaction. The customer service department gives you the run around and has not concern that this is after all a "refrigerator"
I do not recommend this product to anyone.
