I ordered a battery and cover for a cell phone on December 18 and paid by PayPal.
Two weeks later I sent a message to the supervisor of customer service (I cringe while typing those words). Three weeks later I called and was informed my items were on back order (thank you for letting me know). On January 24 after sending a message to the CEO, received a message letting me know the customer service (ugh) supervisor was no longer there and he would investigate and call be back. No call, so I called again on January 29 and was told to expect a refund by February 6 to my PayPal account. February 7 called their accounting department and left a message asking status of my refund. No answer. Sent another message to Shahbag Khan on February 14 asking for refund. Still no refund or answer. The workers follow the example of the boss. Now I am really mad.
