The worst company I have ever dealt with. Continued to charge acct. After cancellation

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They try to make it impossible to cancel the dreadful service they provide (many suspensions of service followed by a long time dealing with trying to get the phone reconnected). They refused to cancel when I asked and then charged $40. For a disconnect fee and $56. For miscellaneous items that were basically listed as "extra". They are dishonest, cultish type persons who maintain a robot like pleasantness no matter what you say to them—and they are trained NEVER to lose a customer (I tried several times to cancel service.)
