When I signed up for service they charged me a $39.50 fee, which was fully refundable when I cancel the account, according to the rep. Now when I am trying to cancel, they are offering a calling card instead. There service is terrible and customer service is even worst. Worst company I ever dealt with. Straight up LIARS!!
