Order a Helicoper for my son for Christmas they never shipped it but charged me

I bought a helicoper for my son for X-mass from their email blast. They charged my card but never shipped the product. Called back 3-4 times to the number listed on web site and was directed to a voice mail that was full and I was unable to leave a message. Finally I called and did speak to a women who once again promised to ship the item. The women I spoke to was professional and I told her to look at usacomplaints.com under her compnay name and contact thos consumers to make good. She said would do that.
