Sold me a defective t.V. Then verbally abused me

My mother purchased a 32 hdtv today, when she got home the sound did not work. SHe called Handy tv and they sent a repairman out, when he exitied the vehicle a chiuaua minature dog was barking at his feet. I then saw him kick at the dog, the dog then defended himself and bit the tech. My mother asked him to just leave and he used vulgar language, said he was going to kill the dog. He then cussed her. I have neighbors who also witnessed the incident. I called the store and, Adam said he was aware of the incident, I told him I did not appreciate him speaking to my mother like that, I asked would corrective action be taken against the employee, he said no. He then got a bad attitude and asked me if I have ever been bitten by a dog. A 15 pound dog. I then told my mother to just bring the television back. My mother then brought the t.V. Back and was denied her down payment, she stopped financing through citi financial but I guess she just lost her down payment. The lesson she learned was do business with companies that are out to take care of there customers.
