Scam and cheating!

Yesterday 2-2 I call your 800 number to complain about the store in North Little Rock and your customer service personnel where very rude and put me on hold for over 10 minutes each time I contacted. I named 7 times looking to get a boss to keep in touch with and was possibly placed on store or they disconnected me. 2. I do want to protest concerning the method I had been handled in the shop in North Little Rock. I bought a Overhead DVD and that I was to truly have the DVD deploy in my own truck in the shop. The salesman (Cameron) explained it'd consider 2 hours to complete. After I return after two hours my truck hadn't been focus on. I request the person within the firedog store why and he explained (a red-head man who stated he was the boss) that it'd consider him 6 hours to complete the job. I request the store-manager and keep in touch with him and informed him to return my $680.00 and that I might move elsewhere. He explained he couldn't achieve this since 2-hour of function have been completed on my truck. Our truck hadn't been contact. From the period the supervisor and that I managed to get back again to the store the man there had began to draw the cut off my truck. I told him to place my truck back together and abandon my Overhead DVD in my own truck alone with my bill and that I might get home. I used 6 hours at World town recently but still nowadays I don't have my truck or my DVD. Additionally recently the store-manager attempted to falsified my bill to express that used to do not get to the tale until after 3 pm after I reached 12:15. This shop is load with shady individuals who walk out their absent to fool and lay to clients. I'd like my charge card returned for $680.00 and that I need and apology in the store-manager, the man who had been focusing on my truck and also the guy who contact me a liar. I also need the salesman Cameron to get rid of his work. He's the main reason all this occur. If he'd been truthful when he offered me the product and explained it'd dominate 6 hours I'd haven't buy the item.
