Terrible service!

We're happening 8 weeks with no expectations of getting our Sears, Kenmore machine fixed. Your Kenmore machine quit, therefore we required warranty repair. Fourteen days later a technician finally arrived. He explained the push required changed. The push was requested also it came a couple of days later. There it lay about the damaged machine for just one 5 months awaiting a technician to come back.

A brand new technician finally turns up and puts the push. My spouse asks him if it'll function and he explained the machine required a push and that I mounted a push and down he moves. My spouse places in lots of near and nothing.By this time around the technician was just eliminated fifteen minutes. We named Sears, however they might provide him back. They'd no method to enter contact with him. We were informed to call-back 24 hours later and routine anyone to emerge and appear in the machine.

We'd need to get in-line and watch for a technician. A few months later another technician turns up and claims the control panel is poor. Of coarse the components are placed on purchase plus they appear to sit down on our lifeless machine awaiting us to obtain in the line.

Recently following a next evening of missed work with my spouse, another technician comes and puts the panel. Down the technician went without confirming the machine worked. My spouse places lots of garments in and today we've a flooded laundry area and cellar.

A call to Sears established that people might have somebody emerge and appear at it in a few months.
