Installation was made on a home that it was impossible to receive reception. Canceled service and returned equipment, but Direct TV still billed me for service that I wasn't receiving and refused to refund my initial equipment and installation charges. They then sent me to collection, took months to get this straighted out. Still showing a collection on my credit report and impacting my ability to get a home loan, what a nightmare.
