I bought a At Home Depot 14 days before and was informed that it'd to become special-ordered. I recommended them that I required a shipping on Sunday. A shipping was planned from 9-12pm on Sunday. I'd additional events planned for that day and so I approached the delivery support (Nature Shipping from NJ) and requested to get a weekday night shipping. I had been informed that the shipping demand could be place in for after 3 pm on Wed. I obtained a telephone call your day before declaring they might provide 7am each morning that was difficult since no body could be property. I got furious since I'd previously created preparations for night—talked to some supervisor that appeared to care less and mentioned that I'd need to reschedule. I told them that I'd be heading back to Homedepot to obtain my cash back. I named HD and talked having a supervisor that didn't care both. After cool down, I called back again to reschedule. The individual about the telephone didn't mute the phone call and mentioned " it is so-and-so Douglas, the one which was performing just like a W*." Upon reading this I requested repeated what he explained and also the worker hung-up the telephone on me. Poor support bad attitudes and never versatile to utilize customers. As a result of this scenario I'll no further invest my profit Homedepot.
