Sent wrong replacement box under warranty and now I have to wait again

I returned my XBox 360 under warranty for repair of the known problem in every XBox. They sent me a replacement instead. But the replacement has the wrong region code and I cannot play any of my DVDs on it. They sent the wrong one by mistake after I waited more than a month. Even though it was their mistake I still have to send it back first and wait another month or more for hopefully one that works.

Seems like they should send the right one first and have me send the wrong one back since it was their mistake.instead I have to wait again and hope they don't send the wrong one again. Very poor customer service, they can't even make an exception for their mistake.
