Panasonic
Is a ripoff with slow prossessing, DEFECTIVE DVD PLAYERS. San Diego, California

Electronics and household app.

I have purchased a panasonic Dvd player at Frys Electronics in San Diego California in order to give my husband a good dvd present.

There were other types and other brands of dvd player at better prices but I decided to buy a panasonic thinking this was a company with good products.

The dvd player was only used 5 or 6 times but then it stopped from playing the dvd movies. I took it to Frys but the store warranty was already past the thirty days. They referred me to Panasonic in San Diego and gave me a phony address.

I had to investigate in order to find out for an authorized repair service in San Diego. I took the dvd to this repair place in National City and my dvd has been there for almost three months. They keep telling me that the parts they replace dont work so they order more. They have requested several parts but everytime they do.

It takes time and time. I called the Customer Service at Panasonic and they promised they would look into it and they would call me. They never did. When I took my dvd to this repair I noticed other panasonics dvds same as mine in the shop. They are selling defective dvds and they should replace them if they want customers to keep buyint their products. I am very dissapointed with Panasonic.
