Is a fraudulent ripoff company, shut down 800 # & won't refund my money

Electronics and household app.

I found 8oo number on line to buy a cable box. I called company up and they sent me a box.

The box did not work right so I called up the company and they said to send it back and will refund money including shipping charges with fedx.

Instead of my money back they sent me another box and that did not work right either. I called them up and told them that the new box did not work either to please give me my money back.

I returned that box with the proof that they received it. I tried to call them up in the middle of July and the 800 number was disconnected.

At the end of july I wrote them a letter on July 30th and as of today Sept. 3rd 2002 I still have not heard from them.

With no number to call and they got my money of 249.00 I got ripped off.
