Faulty products do not buy

I have been purchasing from this company for many years.in the last year their products are faulty and are useless. They do not have a telephone number which should be a good sign to all not to purchase from any company that does not give you a telephone number. They will reply with emails that are slow and not helpfull at all. This compay is not the company that it was once. It is now a low quality product rip off company. Pay a little extra and go to a company that actually has a telephone number that is a good sign of customer service.
