On February 2 I paid for an aluminum case for my husband's iPod nano. I gave it to him as a gift and it turned out he had already purchased a different one elsewhere. I returned the item within the 14 day window and shipped as directed.
Eforcity website stated that they will reimburse shipping costs for items returned (not for original shipping). I have received NO kind of reimbursement for ANYTHING. So, now I have no product and I am out of the money I spent for the product and for shipping the product back. Now, Eforcity has a brand new, unopened iPod case they can re-sell and get paid for twice.
I have made 11 phone calls, all within business hours. I have never been able to reach personnel. So, I have continued to leave messages for the past month. Each time I state my name, phone number, order number, and invoice number. I have never had anyone return my calls. I have sent 5 emails and have never been returned an email.
Although I did not purchase my item from eBay, they are an eBay seller and I intend to find a way to let eBay customers know how they do business as well. They have not upheld any portion of their guarantee; they are liars, and thieves. If they weren't, you would think they would have at least have contacted me regarding my concerns.
