Ripoff Vivitar Digital Camera 640x480 ripoff deceptive company ripoff

Ordered digital camera. My debit card was charged $86.90. When I received my camera, packaging said "remanufactured". I ordered a NEW camera. When batteries were inserted and power button depressed, nothing happened. I inserted NEW batteries and the same. When batteries are inserted and the power buton depressed, the camera is suppose to beep, to begin choosing options. My camera did nothing. I was charged $86.90 and received a worthless piece of junk. MargaretLewistown, Pennsylvania
