Fraudulent representation give you the run around and leave you defensless with nowhere to go I purchased several phones in which malfuntioned due to manufacturer defect within 6 month with no damage done by myself ripoff ARIZONA

I have purchased several cricket phones only to malfuntion in 6 months not due to damage but due to manf defect upon taking them to a cricket corp office and waiting 3hrs each time and telling them i did not drop or spill liquid on it they always look for alittle scratch and call it an insurance isue to call assurion when i call assurion they ask if the phone has been dropped or liquis damaged i say no and they say to take it back to the store it is under manf warranty with them obviously this leaves me know where to go and i do believe it is fraudulent and want some reprucution it is now becoming costly and i might as well use a regular service prvider i am spending the same amount of money please help me in getting resolution P. S desperate
