I changed my minutes to 800 minutes monthly, i went back to 1000 minutes, it wasn't fixed 3 times, now they rined my credit! Ripoff!

I changed my plan from 1000 minutes a month to 800, I called them 2 days later to go back to my original plan (1000). I was told it was done, it wasn't, I got a bill for $300. I was fine with it, mad, but I accepted it, I called them back the next month it was not fixed again, same thing the next month.
I wrote a letter to the president of the company and received a call, I said that I needed to speak to the president. The man said "who the president of the U.S. A". I was so mad.
Iwas with their company for about 3 years and I am now with T-Mobile and they are a wonderful company. I plan to stay with them! No company is perfect, I do expect respect when I am a paying customer. The man that I spoke to had no reason to be rude to me when all I needed was a little help. Please dont use them!
