False advertising of product ripoff

Buy.com is advertising a VIZIO VX32L refurbished LCD tv. The picture is a model VX32L, and the specs are from a VX32L. When you purchase tv you receive a discountinued model L32 not a model VX32L.
Additionally they state, "No bright pixel defects" - Guaranteed and "No permanent burn in - Guaranteed", but these are not warrantied.
I have contacted Buy.com, they have tried to edit the ad, but it still is misleading.
