TV scam ripoff

Placed my order for 2 separate payments of $39, which were supposed to get me "1 buy-1 get" little oven.By the end of the automated call the machine couldn't understand the credit card numbers 3 times I spelled them. So after I hung up I wasn't sure if they charged me or not.

A month later after I forgot all about it the bill of $83 appears on my card?! No bills in the e-mail. So I call the number and about an hour later after waiting and explaning my problem to a foreign tech support assistant that I actually didn't have any order confirmation from them, she tells me she can't help me at all and that I did place the order and that it is already mailed out, so they can't cancell it?

On the question what gives them right to charge my card any time they want and why the receipt was never sent to me with at least stating that the product is "out of stock" or something, - she could only compassionately sigh and appologize for the incompetence of their company.

I placed order in the beginning of February. They Billed me in March. It's already April the 20th - no order, no receipt, no tracking number.

Should have known better not to buy from TV shops.
