Returned xium antenna and still haven't received my refund ripoff

I purchased an Xium antenna online in Jan. Of 2007. And it didn't work like they said. So I returned it on Feb. 05 for my money back and I still haven't received my credit back.

I have called them several times and get the answering machine that states all service reps are helping other customers try back later. All I want is my refund. And I hope nobody else buys any thing from XIUM CORP. They are rip offs and there antenna is shi*y I WANT EVERY BODY TO KNOW.
