I purchased an antenna from this company and it states satisfaction guarenteed for 30 days. This product is not as advertised and i have made 2 phone calls and sent 2 e-mails. To get an RMA to return product.

Got answering machine on phone calls, left messages, no return calls, and no answer to e-mails. Next step is notify BBB in Amarillo.

It appears that they will not answer E-mails nor return phone calls untill the 30 days has expired, if then!
Bought regular outdoor antenna from Home Depot Works better than xium at less than 1/2 the cost
