Would not refund my purchase price on returned item. Rip-off!

I purchased the Xium TV dish antenna with a 30 day money back gurantee. The unit did not work to my satisfaction and I contacted the Company for an RMA to return the dish. I did receive an RMA and returned the dish to the company, they signed for the returned package on August 4.

Since then I have sent two E-Mails and also have left phone messaged. I have not received any reply to either my E-Mails of phone messages. I have also not received my refund as of today, September 1.

It appears that they do not follow through on their warranty claims. I found out about this product through my Handyman magazine. I intend to ask Handyman to remove this advertisement from their list of approved advertisiers.
