Ripoff Virus infected product defective won't contact horrible return policy

Electronics and household app.

I bought a watch / MP3 player / USB 1GB storage device. When I got it, it was HUGE. I wanted to take advantage of their "If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item" policy. I emailed them for an RMA. I got a quick email back that literally said "Why u want return?". As I looked closer at their return policy I noticed that it was a 7 day return policy. 7 days from the date SHIPPED. It had been shipped 5 days earlier. When I replied to his email, I explained that the watch was so big that I couldn't button my shirt. No response, no RMA. 7 days had already passed. I also noticed that there was a 15% restocking fee on any returns. I figured I was stuck with it.

When I went to use the watch, I noticed that there were already some files on it. I figured it was just software that the MP3 player used. WRONG! It was a virus. It infected my laptop and subsequently infected a corporate network. This virus copied itself to every network drive and caused Internet Explorer to pop up advertisments for gaming websites. Our security team gueses that this company gets paid by these gaming websites to put the virus on the products it sells. All of the products this company sells are storage devices.

The stated battery life is 7 to 9 hours. This thing died after 2 hours. I can't even charge it from the USB charger for fear of re-infecting my PC.

Also, If you need a product repaired: Manufacturer may also charge parts fee if some key components need to be replaced. Manufacturer may also charge parts fee if some key components need to be replaced.
